Information to the online dispute resolution:
the EU-Commission will in the first quarter of 2016 provide an Internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called "OS platform"). The OS platform will serve as focal point to the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations resulting from online purchase contracts. The OS platform will be available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
